About this house sitting position in Wonthaggi

Our home is in a quiet cul de sac, 5 minute walk to the main shopping area of Wonthaggi in the Bass Coast shire of Gippsland, 2 hrs from Melbourne CBD. Wonthaggi is a vibrant regional centre, surrounded by beautiful beaches and hills. Wonthaggi is a 10 - 12 min drive to the beachside towns of Inverloch and Cape Paterson. Wilson's Prom is an hour and half away. Our home is spacious and well equipped for a relaxing stay.
We have a beautiful, gentle and at times nervous greyhound called Barry. Barry is a home body who is easily frightened by small children and pushbikes. He is unsure of people till he gets to know them, so it would be best if Barry could meet his sitter/s prior to us leaving. Barry is fine to be left for a few hours at a time. He sleeps alot in his own bed in the loungeroom and the upstair bedroom. He's great with other dogs, but not cats. He does enjoy an early morning walk when he is less likely to see people.
There are a few indoor plants to water and that is about it apart from keeping the house clean.
