About this house sitting position in WOODEND

Hello there, we are looking for a mature responsible person or couple who is attentive, kind and gentle. (2 people max).

We have 2 cats that are super independant. (one is playful and the other is placid). They will go in and out themselves through the cat door.
We also have 4 chickens and 6 ducks with their own pond.
Poultry are all free range by day and locked up by night.

Tasks would involve daily feeding, opening the coop at sunrise and closing the at dusk. (Note: There will be small amounts of droppings to clean out of the coop required).

Someone with poultry experience will get first priority.
There is also some small watering of veggie patch area and pot plants.

We are on about 1000sqm, backing right onto the beautiful park in Woodend. Very quiet area, I am sure you will enjoy relaxing with the pets and going for daily walks.

The area is great for exploring, close to the famous Hanging Rock, Mount Macedon Hikes, Cafe's, Farmer Markets and wineries.

The house is cosy, set up with everything you need (just bring your own food). I have a nice clean room with a double bed of your own.

Just a couple of small requests, please no dogs because my cats and chickens get very spooked by dogs, no parties, and no smoking inside.
