About this house sitting position in WOODEND

Hello there, we are looking for a mature responsible person or couple who is attentive, kind and gentle. (2 people max).

We have 2 cats that are independent. Alfie is the younger one ginger, playful and cheeky. Chloe is older super chill, she loves napping and staying cosy. They will go in and out themselves through the cat door, no litter trays.

We will also have Arthur staying (my sisters dog). He knows the place well. He loves to always be around people, cuddles, someone who will sit with him snuggled together. Walks behind our house at least once a day. If possible he would love one in the morning and afternoon.

He may at times be naughtly and try to escape at the front, so you will need to be vigilant to ensure gates are shut and not let him out the front alone. Other than that he is easy and chill.

Tasks would involve daily feeding twice a day, and walks. We want someone who will be able to cuddle and spend time with them as much as possible.

Comfortable home, wood log fire and ducted heating. Nice outdoor deck area.

We are on about 1000sqm, backing right onto the beautiful park in Woodend. Very quiet area, I am sure you will enjoy relaxing with the pets and going for daily walks.

The area is great for exploring, close to the famous Hanging Rock, Mount Macedon Hikes, Cafe's, Farmer Markets and wineries.

The house is set up with everything you need (just bring your own food). nice clean room with a double bed of your own.

Just a couple of small requests, please no other dogs, no parties, and no smoking inside.
