About this house sitting position in Woodgate Beach

Our beach house is low maintenance (vinyl plank floors, robotic vacuums on both floors) and 20m to the ocean.

We have an 9yr old male Burmese cat (Moriarty/ aka Mozzie) who is mostly an inside cat but likes to do a couple of house laps each day.
We also have 2 goldfish in the outdoor back pond and 3 in the front pond.

We have a chicken coop and run with 10 chooks. We also let the chickens free range the back yard most days and you'll have 4-6 eggs daily. They have autowater points and a large auto feeder that gets topped weekly.

Most of the garden is on automatic watering but there are a few plants that would need watering.

House has a king bed in master bedroom, a brand new queen emma foldout sofa in one office and a day bed and single trundle in second office. Kitchen has induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and air fryer.
The garden is mostly automatically watered. Lawns will need mowing - electric mower.
Also an outdoor spa.
