Low set 3 bedroom home on stumps with wrap around verandah, one bedroom available. Open plan living, large bathroom, large outdoor area. Spa available if desired. Yard is fully irrigated but some yard maintenance required. 400 metre walk to the beach. Room for a van or motor home. Must be fit enough to walk our schnauzer daily.
