About this house sitting position in Woodside

We are on 40 acres with a small but comfortable 3 bedroom cottage. There is a local pub and service station. The closest main supermarkets are about 15-20 mins to the south in Yarram. The town of Sale is about 30mins to the north and has all the facilities needed.
We need sitteres to take care of our home, gardens, cats and horses.
You likely won't see the cats but will need to put food out for them.
Horses will need feeding and possibly rugging. In winter rugs tend to be left on most of the time and will only need to be changed if they're damaged etc.
