The Apartment: 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ground floor unit with courtyard. Some minimal plant maintenance, Laundry & washing line, Aircon, WiFi, streaming services.
Parking spot on site possible, will need to be approved.

The areas: Very nice community based area of Woolloongabba. Lot's of friendly neighbours. They will insist you stop by for chats.
Pub and cafes within walking distance.
Southbank short 15min walk.
Direct buses to the city, stop is out front with 50cent bus fare.

The animals, Cat & Dog:
Small black cat named Dobby. He is quite timid. Fully indoor and will usually keep to himself. Super easy and clean to look after.

Small black doggo named Josie. Best description is Hairy Maclary. Dachshund x Poodle x Maltese.
Bubbly little character which suffers some separation anxiety so she will require a lot of company and not to be left on her own more than a few hours max. Neighbours are on hand to help if she needs to be left longer and you want to go out for the day.
Does sleep nights in the bedroom but in her own bed.
