An Edwardian detached house with large maintenance-free garden (although avid gardeners are welcome to indulge their passion) and one 8-year-old selectively affectionate indoor cat.

The house is located 5 mins drive (25 minutes' walk) from Woonona Beach and a short bus trip to Wollongong town centre, and affords plenty of opportunities for day trips up and down the beautiful South Coast and surrounds.

The cat gets wet food morning and evening (and lunchtime if anyone's home, but will make do with dry if you go out for the day). Once she gets comfortable with you, she may pester you for treats. As with any cat, the litter tray will need to be cleaned. (Trust me, you'll know when.) She is strictly an indoor cat, so a little care may be required to ensure she doesn't make a break for it.

There is also a neighbour's cat that comes for breakfast daily, and will do her best to convince you that she belongs to us as well. She does not get come inside.
