An Edwardian detached house with large maintenance-free garden (although avid gardeners are welcome to indulge their passion) and one 9yo selectively affectionate indoor cat and an 10+yo outdoor cat.

The house is located 5 mins drive (25 minutes' walk) from Woonona Beach and a short bus trip to Wollongong town centre, and affords plenty of opportunities for day trips up and down the beautiful South Coast and surrounds.

The indoor cat gets wet food morning and evening (and lunchtime if anyone's home, but will make do with dry if you go out for the day). Once she gets comfortable with you, she may pester you for treats. As with any cat, the litter tray will need to be cleaned. (Trust me, you'll know when.) She is strictly an indoor cat, so a little care may be required to ensure she doesn't make a break for it.

The outdoor cat was a neighbour's cat. They left her when they moved. She is now our cat. She lives on our back porch. She requires eyedrops for her glaucoma and blood pressure pills, both twice a day. She is easy to medicate but will require someone who is willing to do these.
