A quiet suburb, surrounded by bush and close to all amenities. 25 mins to a variety of beaches and bushwalks on the doorstep plus 2 National Parks in close proximity. A major Westfield centre is 20 mins away with adequate local shops within 5 mins. A train will take you into the centre of Sydney in 40 mins.
There is public transport in our area but it isn't great and we are an 8 min drive to the railway station, so a car is handy to have, or there is always uber!
House is a 3 level, 2 storey house, with a pool.
Gardens and lawns will need watering and the pool may need some easy maintenance.
Our miniature long-haired dachsund needs breakfast and dinner and a walk per day, plus lots of attention and cuddles. He loves to go out with you sometimes too. He isn't a fan of children or large dogs and will bark at them, but is otherwise very well behaved. He is an indoor dog as well but not allowed on lounges or beds.
