Lovely townhome with a large private patio, great for a BBQ or just relaxing. Located just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Woy Woy waterfront walk. 10 minute walk to the shops or train station, 5 minute walk to the Peninsula Leisure Centre.

I have a 4-year old mixed breed rescue pup named Dodger who needs some love while I'm travelling. He's never met a human he doesn't like. He loves his walks along the waterfront, a game of fetch at Penang Gardens, or a walk along Ettalong Beach. Mainly, he just wants to be with you and get some cuddles. If you are open to it, he would love a snuggle with you on the lazy-boy after dinner before bedtime. He'll need a walk in the morning, at least once during the day, and before bed.

Public transportation is great to the city from Woy Woy (express/limited stops trains run every 1/2 hour), and you can walk to Woy Woy for shopping and the train. The local bus is also only a short walk if you prefer, and there are buses to Ettalong and Umina as well.

I'm hoping to find someone that works primarily from home, as Dodger is used to having me working from home most days. It would be great if we could have a meet'n'greet before the house sit so that you and Dodger can meet in advance.

I've just moved in at the townhouse, so I'm waiting for the couch and dining table, but it will be here before your house sit. I can send more photos once they arrive. You will have your own room and bathroom with shower & bathtub, as well as use of the laundry (all located on the every level, and use of the kitchen, dining, living and patio areas upstairs.
