About this house sitting position in Wyndham Vale

Hi there!
We own a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Werribee, VIC. 😊
We are looking for someone who has owned cats before. We have a 5-year-old male cat, Seymour. He has a history of urinary issues, which we take seriously (as it can become an emergency if unnoticed). His litter needs to be cleaned daily, and it’s important to check that he’s urinating each day. If there are any concerns, a trip to the emergency vet (just 10 minutes away) may be needed.
If Seymour ever needs emergency care, please don’t worry about payment. We have an account with the vet and will cover all costs—your role would simply be to take him there and oversee his care. We’ll make sure all the details are provided, so you can focus on keeping Seymour comfortable and safe.
Seymour is otherwise healthy and well cared for—he’s on preventive treatments and does best with encouragement to drink water/wet food and some daily playtime if he’s in the mood. He’s very friendly and affectionate, so the right sitter will find him a joy to spend time with!
Because of the potential for emergency care, we require a sitter with a valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
We also have a number of plants around the house. Most are low-maintenance, but some flowers and other plants may need watering every few days.
About the location:
Werribee is a fantastic spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The large shopping mall is only 10 minutes away, and public transport is convenient—buses nearby and Werribee train station offers direct trips to Melbourne city or Geelong in about 30–35 minutes.
