A quirky, colourful 2-bedroom, but spacious home with a fully fenced yard and two driveways, situated a block from the train station and across the road from a bus stop. I have a garden full of native trees and other plants and a vegetable/herb garden that requires watering regularly. My garden is a haven for birds and wildlife, and we have an understanding - they bring me joy and entertainment and leave my veggie patch alone, and I comply with clean water, seed, nectar mix, fruit etc. There is a lovely deck to hang out on and no household pets to look after. I am after someone who enjoys time in the garden and keeping the house tidy and cared for. There are stairs in the property.
