Bella cattle dog x 11 years old
Loves company and two short walks per day, around the village. Early too beat the heat and later to catch the cooler weather.
Villa faces a bush outlook and rear small balcony overlooks rainforest. Swimming pool. Very convenient for Gosford shops 3 mins and only 12 minutes to Erina Fair
15 minutes to Umina Beach 12 minutes to Terrigal
Lovely neighbours and helpful if you need it
Plenty of parking behind villa
Village bus goes out 9 times per day!
Dogs love company and particularly at night
Front door has doggie for any night time needs but rarely used.
I give her little arthritis tablets first thing of a morning which she loves (photo)
She lost her little mate (17 year old) so first time on her own. She has taken quite a while to recover (3 months ago) and is a lot better but has slowed down a fair bit.
