About this house sitting position in Yabulu
New home built 2024,
Have lived in the Bluewater area for over 8 years never had any issue with crime. Approx. 30 mins from Townsville CBD
Turf surrounding house is irrigated so not alot of maintenance around the yard will mow before we leave and happy to do when we return.
Just a couple of plants in pots that might need watering every 2 or 3 days.
1 x Husky named Daisy very loving doesn't need to be walked just fed once a day and a little attention.
Happy for you to sleep inside but there is also ample room for caravan just over an acre block. if needed 15amp power in shed
