About this house sitting position in Yackandandah

We are seeking a friendly, presentable & fit, couple or single to caretaker our quality country motel for September & October.

The motel is on acreage in North East Victoria, bed sitter accommodation and a weekly subcontract payment (ABN required) in exchange for caretaking. As the motel is on acreage, plenty of room to park a van. This role is not suitable for a family, sorry no pets. The caretaking responsibilities are not arduous, approximately 2hour hands on work per day, duties such as checking motel rooms prior to guests arrival and on departure, some laundry, weekly rubbish bins etc. No cleaning required. Admin is off site, and is managed by the owners. All guests self check in and out which is managed by admin, the caretaker has minimal responsibilities regarding guests. It is not necessary to be on the property 24/7, however it is necessary to reside on the property each evening. We are available any time to discuss this role in detail.
