About this house sitting position in Yackandandah

We are seeking a friendly, presentable & fit person / couple to caretake our quality country motel.

The motel is on acreage in gorgeous Yackandandah / North East Victoria. Comfortable accommodation offered in exchange for caretaking and 3hrs hands-on work per week.

The caretaking responsibilities are not arduous, obligations are minimal. Staying on the property will provide us considerable peace of mind, resolve issues should any arise (ie replace a faulty kettle), we do ask for 3hrs of hands on work per week... checking rooms and unlocking doors prior to guests arrival, and checking rooms after departing guests... check split system off and lock doors. Our lovely permanent staff attend to the usual work associated with the motel. Admin is off site, all guest self check in and self check out. No pet care obligation.
