About this house sitting position in YACKANDANDAH

We live in a comfortable three bedroom house with two bathrooms and car parking. Our spacious garden requires some maintenance , eg. mowing, watering potplants. There is split system heating and cooling in most rooms and a good internet connection.
Sooty, our 13 year old female black cat is house-trained and likes company. She is not a fussy eater.
Yackandandah shops are a 5 minute walk away, with a good choice of cafes and great coffee, two pubs, a supermarket, bakery, post office, a library and other services. There is also a network of mountain bike tracks close to the town and rail trails in the local area. The people of Yackandandah are very community minded and the town has a wide range of groups and activities to make your stay rewarding. We have a thriving arts community, cycling groups, yoga and exercise classes, a golf course, a community garden, sporting clubs and other outdoor activities. Albury Wodonga on the Murray River is half an hour's drive away, with excellent shopping, cinemas and other services. Other historic North-East towns are close by as well as wineries, snow fields and Lake Hume.
We would expect our non-smoking house to be looked after and kept clean and safe by the sitter/s as they would their own home. Read more...
