Hello I live in an over 50,s village .,in beautiful Yamba . A very comfortable house with 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms . Airconditioning , Netflix ,Stan easy to clean floors & lovely verandahs . My dog Benji loves cuddles & 2 daily walks . He is easy to please loves playing with his toys . As well as car rides not to be left alone more than 2 hours at home . Please water pt plants when needed , Come & enjoy beautiful sub tropical Yamba .
