About this house sitting position in Yanchep

Free-range budgie - small bird with VERY BIG personality. Has access to whole of house but mainly uses kitchen/dining/lounge area and one bathroom. Also spends a bit of time on the floor, so care needed when walking around. Will land on head or shoulders. Likes to share food sometimes. Puts himself into his cage around 7.30pm-8.00pm to go to sleep for the night and lets you know when he wants to have his cage covered for the night and uncovered in the morning – around 7.00am-7.30am. Cage clean weekly. Seed changing every 3 days.
One goldfish - twice daily feeding.
House is in secure gated complex with swimming pool. Quiet area. 2 bed, 2 bath home (Only 1 bedroom and bathroom available for house sitter). Reverse Cycle AC. Open plan living, plus separate lounge. 2 tv's. Wifi. Garden beds and lawns reticulated. Some pots need hand watering.
7 minute drive to shops; 8 minute drive to beach and National Park. Golf course nearby. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to train station.
Unfortunately there is no room for caravans or motor homes as our property is in a Strata titled gated estate,
