1940's high Queenslander 2 beds bathroom laundry kitchen are studio with front verandah. No pets just some lawn mowing and plant watering to be done once a week. Keep the house clean and ducted, blow off the cement downstairs. Every room has an Airconditioner. Burgler proof security screens on doors and windows - not that you need them in Yarraman. Its a VERY quiet town. Smart TV in lounge.
You can go away and come back as you please. 1.5 hours from Toowoomba, 2 hours from Sunshine Coast, 2 hours to Brisbane Airport, 45 minutes to Bunya Mountains, few kilometers to Rail Trail used by walkers and bikers, 40 minutes to Kingaroy which has all the major stores.
