We have a brick family home on 5 acres in Yarrambat on the north east edge of Melbourne.

Stunning views to Yarra Ranges and 1 acre of gardens. Located 45 mins from the centre of Melbourne by car and serviced by a local bus with shops (Diamond Creek or Greensborough) with connections to trains. We have a spoilt cat that will need feeding and looking after and 4 pet sheep that need some feed depending on grass. Modern kitchen. Slate or polished board floors.
Kangaroos visit the property most days and the birdlife is stunning. Great walking from front door. Lots of local bike paths. Popular rustic cafe (Tankes Corner) 2-3 minutes walk. Wineries, cafes and restaurants abound in the area .
Inspirational views from most windows making it a great place to work from home.
We travel often throughout the year so also would be good for someone who has fallback accommodation and is saving for a home. An interest in the garden and a few jobs in the garden would be appreciated
