About this house sitting position in Yarravel

Clean, fairly modern 3 bedroom property on acreage. We require someone to live in the house and care for it along with a vegie garden and 30 young fruit trees, as well as a recently set up windbreak consisting of 24 Bamboo plants. All plants are very close to the house which is 100% safe from floods. The closest town, with all amenities (shopping, centre, supermarkets, Pubs/ Bars, Restaurants/cafes, Cinema, fishing and Boating) is Kempsey and a short 12 minute drive. A golfcourse is another 5 minutes south out of town and walking trails are everywhere. The closest beach is Crescent Head and only 30minutes drive away, or a bit further South West Rocks and Hat Head. Only a short 15 minute drive further up our road is Willawarrin and further up is the picturesque Bellbrook both with their well stocked Pubs and Nulla Nulla aka Slim Dusty territory, is "around the corner" as well as the Misty Mountain Retreat. Also very close by is Taylor's Arm with the famous "Pub with no Beer". Lots of variety for either rural or beach days.
