About this house sitting position in Yarraville

Looking for an experienced dog and house sitter to care for my 9 month old Mini American Shepherd.

He's pretty sensible and calm for a herding puppy; one walk a day (~30 mins) + some tug and fetch (15 mins) and he's happy.

He's doing extremely well with his training given his age (e.g., loose leash walking) and I'd like someone who's willing to continue enforcing simple but consistent boundaries so he doesn't pick up bad habits.

Will need someone who works remotely as I do too, so he's not used to being left along 9am - 5pm (up to 5-6 hours alone is ok, he just sleeps in his crate).

Within walking distance of Yarraville station and Sun Theatre with plenty of amenities (e.g. cafes, restaurants, groceries) nearby.
