About this house sitting position in Yarroweyah

Kitchen, Dining and family, Main Lounge room,4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on 25 acres (3 acres around house) coonara heating, gas cooking, electric oven, evap air, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, double garage and sheds. Sprinkler system to garden. Have 2 cats that need looking after. My. Old boy Toppy (tabby/white) only goes out for a couple of minutes when you are home. He is a grazer with his food. Ariel my Maine Coon will go out if door is left open. She is a hunter so needs to be let out after 7am and must be in by 5/5.30 at the latest.
Koa our Maremma dog will be away with us. Have 9 chickens and 2 roosters that need to be looked after. Garden will need watering if no rain. Under cover verandah where you can sit and enjoy the day. Pizza Oven & BBQ as well. .We are 30 minutes from Yarrawonga and 45 minutes from Shepparton. We are 10 minutes from Cobram that has all the necessities . A pool for the warmer weather and it is set to run automatically. We leave on 25th 2nd April but need housesitters earlier so that the animals can get used to them and also for the housesitters to get to know the animals. we come home. 18th April. We are also 15 minutes from Tocumwal NSW. There is a market held in Cobram & Tocumwal. You have SPC in Shepparton if you want to go. We are near the mighty Murray River. Our sunsets are awesome. If you wanted to you can potter in the garden. If not comfortable with Ariel going out keep her in. Read more...

“Lia and David are great people… very friendly, easy going and generous. They are on a beautiful property which is very quiet and private. We loved looking after their 2 gorgeous cats! The chickens and fish were also easy to care for. They have a pool and fabulous pizza oven outdoors and we were encouraged to treat the house as our own and enjoy our time there which we did. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a countryside house sitting role. We enjoyed spending the night with David and Lia on their return… lots of fun!! ?”
