Our home is a heritage home built around 1914 whixh has been renovated over the years. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets. There is a 2 car garage around the back as well as a single garage and off street parking. It has reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. The undercover deck with blinds look onto a lovely backyard garden. The property is fully fenced front and back. We have friendly neighbours and are a short walk to the town centre. We have an 8 year old blue heeler x collie who is pretty chill. He only needs a short walk each day but will enjoy longer walks if you offer them to him. He doesnt bark unless he is excited when playing. Dusty is happy to sleep during the day outside but sleeps inside at night.
