Leeloo is a middle-aged Russian Blue rescue cat. In cat years she’s, like, 50. She sleeps about 16 hours a day, waking up only to snack, seek out affection, or move to a different nap zone.

I am jealous of Leeloo.

Leeloo likes (in order of preference):
- Vanilla yoghurt: if you try to eat this in front of her without giving her some on a small dish near her bowl she will give you a dirty look.
- Her dinner: she will sing for it.
- Her silicone brushy brush (from the right-hand side behind her ear only, fussy little weirdo).
- Rolling around on the deck in the sunshine, and hiding under the BBQ table.
- Rotisserie chicken.
- Her fishy toy: flick it like you mean it or see again re dirty look.
- Her little kitty igloo.
- Sniffing your shoes and bags: you bring interesting outdoorsy smells in on them.
- Running around the house like a maniac right after using the litter box.
Leeloo hates:
- Small children. Sorry, it’s not their fault. It is definitely my nieces’ fault for being obsessed with her and chasing her around the house. She will tolerate small people but is skittish.
- Being picked up. Apparently, it’s a Russian Blue thing. She likes to sit near you but not on you.
- Closed doors.
- Jigsaw puzzles. She will sit on the puzzle mat in disgust and bat at the pieces. Please boot her off the table if she does this to you.
- Sizzling noises and plastic bags. She’s scared of extremely normal noises. She is a wuss.

Christo and Carolyn are Leeloo's humans, and live to serve her occasional whims. We are government drones during our 9-5, and nerds the rest of the time. We make a lot of spreadsheets.

We have a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Yeerongpilly. The suburb is awesome! We're a few minutes walk from Slipstream brewery, the train station, and Yeerongpilly green shopping centre.

The bedrooms are upstairs and the living area/kitchen is downstairs. We have two home office set ups if needed. All the bedrooms and living areas are airconditioned and have ceiling fans. One of the bathrooms has a tub.

We've got an outdoor patio space with a barbeque for entertaining, as well as hammocks and day beds for relaxing. There is off street parking for your car. There is a little balcony off the main bedroom which is a great place to watch sunsets and storms. We have Netflix, Disney and Stan on the TV. Read more...
