Comfortable renovated Queenslander in a battle-axe block on a quiet street on the south side of Brisbane, 10 minutes walk (650m) to Yeerongpilly Train Station or buses to the city - 20 mins away. Large park, cafe, swimming complex 5 mins walk away. Minding house and our beloved 2 mini-schnauzers - 30 mins walk in morning, 45 mins walk late afternoon, 5 mins walk before bed. Pot plants watered weekly.
