House with all you need downstairs. Ensuited bedroom with ceiling fan and air conditioning/ heating throughout. Great kitchen & outdoor BBQ area with pool. Cavoodle - Ryder that loves a walk twice and day. He would need to go for a walk first thing and in the evening for 20-30mins. We take him out at lunchtime for a quick toilet stop as well.
