This is 1 of 11 villas, ours is stand alone, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, fish and chips, Thai restaurant, shopping centre with WW, Aldi, sushi, hairdresser, newsagency, real estate, cafes, butcher, etc. Our block faces The Basin, an area of the sea bordered by rocks to make it safe for swimming, golf links across the road, golf club vey very close. Our unit has 3 other units to reach the ocean.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets. It is fully fenced. Our dog is a bichon and her excretions need to be disposed. We are paved, not grassed but she will walk with you 3 +++ times a day. She will also escape if you are not pedantic and very careful with the gate.
There are plants to water. How often depends on the heat.
