About this house sitting position in Reservoir

It’s a very cosy two bedroom unit, open plan with a small court yard with fake grass, therefore no gardening maintenance required. The loungeroom and kitchen are very spacious, and comfortable. Lots of sunlight. We have good entertainment (big TV, lots of books, CDs, records, Nintendo Switch, board games). We are also a stones throw from the beautiful Merri Creek (5 min walk), Preston Market (5 min drive) Coburg Pool (20 min walk) and Pentridge Cinema (5 min drive). We are also just a 2 minute walk from a very conveniently located Woolworths, cafes, and pharmacy. It is a very convenient spot to me, and you will not ever be bored! It is really a lovely neighbourhood with very friendly people, and beautiful nature.

We have two closely bonded pets (a dog and a cat - see photos below) who are very low maintenance and will just want to spend time with you! Nori, our dog, requires just one short 10-15 min walk a day, just to do her business. And of course the occasional play (she enjoys a bit of fetch with her teddy inside the house). She mostly sleeps though! She also just needs an eye drop in both eyes morning and night, which is very easy and she knows the command for it (“drops”) and she will sit patiently while you do it.
