More information about this house sitter

This is my first foray into public house-sitting. I've done this for family before (e.g. I house-sat for my brother and family for 3 weeks while they were overseas).

I'm responsible, dependable, and careful about details. Clean, tidy, non-smoking, non-alchohol-drinking. I love gardening - I will definitely, absolutely take care of your pots and garden in a loving and knowledgeable manner! I appreciate organised spaces, and work mainly from home. I work as a tutor, mostly online.

I'm looking for assignments from about 3 weeks to longer-term (several months). I can house-sit within Brisbane, and can also do nearby if public transport is available to get there (within Brisbane, I'll drive there). I'm also interested in towns a little further from Brisbane and further afield, such as in NSW, if a car isn't needed during the stay and transport to travel there is accessible (e.g. train).

I'll take good care of your home and property, and be considerate of your conditions and respectful of your privacy.

Not available for pet care (I'm pretty good with goldfish, though - mine lasted the longest out of the three we had when I was a kid...)

If you have specific questions, please ask them when we interact regarding your advertisement. As this is my first time being part of an exchange site like this, I'm still in the process of gathering references (something that can only really happen the more house-sitting jobs I do). I do have a Working With Children card, which is the result of a police check (just renewed this month - Feb 2023). I have character references to share for now.
