I’m a healthy non smoker and make it a priority to go for a walk and exercise every day especially if there’s a bush or beach nearby, I also enjoy food and have an appreciation of music.

I’ve spent most of my working life self employed in the Graphics and Associated Industries servicing my own clients and contracting to other businesses, dividing my time between those businesses and a home office.

I’ve left Sydney to help look after a rural lifestyle property in the Northern Rivers, however I’ve had exposure and lived both urban and rural environments including remote areas in both Australia and abroad.

Since I started my journey back in 2019 I have looked after properties and pets in the Northern Rivers, Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner City, NSW South Coast, Mornington Peninsula and the lower North Island of New Zealand.

Thanks to my upbringing I also developed practical valuable handyman skills that I’ve applied when necessary.

Most of my time is spent at home which is added security and company for pets.

Listed are my preferences however I’ll consider anything.

Bernard Zaloum was a tenant in my house for a period of four and half years (from March, 2014 to August, 2018).
As a tenant, he was very responsible, reliable and trustworthy.
