Hello! I’m a single, responsible, and quiet middle-aged man looking to house-sit while exploring more of our beautiful state. I’m a non-smoker, don’t drink, and live a calm, tidy lifestyle. I absolutely love animals of all kinds and take great joy in caring for pets as if they were my own.

I’m friendly, respectful, and very conscientious. I keep spaces clean and well-maintained, and I’m always mindful of treating your home and pets with the same care I would my own.

I manage diabetes with an insulin pump and live a stable, health-conscious life. I have a strong history of long-term rentals (averaging over 5 years in each home), but I’m now seeking more flexible, short-term stays through house-sitting.

I hold a current police clearance through my volunteer work on the management board of a community-based AODCCC organisation and also through volunteering at a local primary school. I can provide excellent references from both landlords and previous housemates.

I’d love the opportunity to look after your home and pets with care and reliability while you’re away.
