A mature aged surfer/bike rider and actively healthy
Lived on the Gold Coast for 35 Years and recently sold my Block of 6 apartments at 123 Old Burleigh Rd Broadbeach (which I have owned ,renovated and lived in for 14 yrs )for a new High rise development which I have an option to buy back into when complete. My son and daughter and our Cavoodle Baci have grown up there and are now both attending university ( not including Baci). My self and the family love the activity around Broadbeach and are keen to stay and reestablish ourselves there . The kids have made other arrangements for this transitional period and I intend to travel and housesit over the next 18 months -2 years. Any potential homeowner who knows my units will be aware that I am extremely houseproud and that I looked after all the general maintenance there as well as sought out long term tenants that gave the building and its occupants a terrific dynamic. Baci the cavoodle is the mayor of OLd Burleigh road and knows all the local dogs . My daughter is caring for Baci over this period of transition. I have to get my son or daughter to load my photos however if you care to contact me I can send them to you on my phone .
I am available over the next 2 years to travel all along the east coast of Australia to house sit for periods of 2 weeks plus
