Hi, we're the Cambridges!

We are a positive, caring and loving family of 4 travelling within Victoria from Tasmania until our daughter's heart appointment at the end of July in Melbourne. After which we will enjoy journeying up to Aurora's 'home state' of NSW for warmer weather and a new home for our family of 4.

We're Australian Citizens and we're from Perth (well, from all over the East Coast of Australia really but we met, married and had our 2 kiddoes in Perth:)) and 3 years ago we moved to Tassie to provide a more 'nature-immersive' growing up experience for the kids.
It's been an amazing, wild ride during our time here, but after our daughter Blythe's 2nd Heart surgery in Melbourne in April, we've realised we needed to move somewhere a little warmer for her comfort.
So, after deciding on this path we also knew we wanted to 'savour' and enjoy our travels and allow the kids to soak up new experiences in a relaxed manner without hectic rushing from place to place. We feel they're at the perfect age for this kind of travel experience.

We've had experience housesitting with and without pets and we feel lucky in that our kids adore animals and love helping us in their care and maintenance. Our children Max (7yrs) and Blythe (5yrs) are well-behaved, respectful of other people's property, and understand how to interact with animals safely. Alex and I supervise our beautiful kiddo's closely in other's spaces.

Alex and I have references on request.

At the moment we're looking to homeschool for the rest of 2025 while utilising the 'slow' method of travel to really enjoy and engage in different parts of the East Coast of Australia before deciding on a place that feels right to call 'home'.

Between myself and Alex, we have a range of skills that have helped many people either in paid or volunteering positions - garden maintenance, home maintenance and security, grooming and care of animals (walking, feeding, administering medication, cleaning cages/boxes/sleeping areas), indoor plant care and communicating any needs or issues in a prompt manner.
We will carefully look after your loved fur (or feathered!) babies and your special space, your home.
