We are an active retired couple. We own our own property in NZ & have been domestic pet owners. We pride ourselves on our honesty, cleanliness, tidyness & attention to detail. We have owned a knitwear manufacturing business which Derek ran & Sue was a property manager until retiring in 2012. We have travelled extensively & begun undertaking house sitting assignments as a means to explore new places. We have cared for homes & pets both in NZ & Australia. We are non-smokers with Police clearance. References available.
