We have a lowest, four bedroom, brick home on 5 acres just outside of Gympie. The house yard is a flat 1 acres. There are a few low maintenance gardens situated around the house. 12 year old queenslander home. 10 kilometers from Proston and 15 kilometers to Boondooma Dam. Good fishing that time of year. Bass and yellowbelly.
Gardens and lawn will need watering. Being winter, they will not need a lot of attention but watering when dry. Mow lawns and weed garden when needed.
