Single story, but one stair to get into home and three internal as split level, so probably not suited to anyone with significant mobility issues.

Large modern country home on 20 acres - 4 maremma dogs require feeding once a day and poultry needs feeding in the am and locking up in the pm - every day.
No garden maintenance - sitter should have some farming experience and capable of using a chainsaw should the need arise for driveway clearance in the event of a storm causing wind damage. Read more
