4x2 with pool, and 300m walk to the dog beach. Have 2 dogs 10yo male Standard German Pinscher (kelpie size) and an 8yo female Doberman. Both very human friendly, and Doberman is great with all other dogs and only goes on leash until the beach. GP on leash when other dogs about.
