I live in a small unit complex in the heart of maroochydore. The home is a more relaxed vibe with lots of plants, there is only timed parking close by, parking is in the garage only.

2 yr old home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Airconditing. Pool. Tropical garden. Less than 10 mins drive to Palm Cove. 20 mins drive to Cairns. 50 mins drive to Port Douglas. Our much loved and loveable dog needs to be fed daily at 5pm, put to bed around 7 and put inside in the event of a storm. House lawns mowed when needed on our ride on mower.
