Single story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, a lounge room, dining room and outdoor pergola with seating with a view over a reserve and among gum trees. Quiet street in a lovely neighbourhood. Bathtub for use if wanted.

We're looking for someone to look after our beloved cat. She does her business outside - so no need to clean a litter tray. She will need her wet food given to her every night though, and loves a warm lap to sit on. Sorry, she doesn't do well with other animals.

We have some indoor plants that need watering once a week, and some outdoor plants that may need watering depending on the weather.

There are plenty of take-away food stores within walkable distance.
The house is a 17 min walk/5 min car drive from Woolworths/Coles/Foodland.
Closest walking trail starts from a 10 min walk from the house.
