About this house sitting position in Albion Park Rail

We are looking for a house sitter to stay to stay in our idiosyncratic fully furnished and equipped suburban home while we are travelling. We have two cats, Erik (19) and Josie (12) that will need looking after along with our gardens and lawns.

Located in a quiet cul de sac, with great neighbours and 22 km (20 minutes) from the Wollongong CBD and 6km (10 minutes) from the Shellharbour CBD. A few kilometres from Lake Illawarra and with quick access to beaches and escarpment bushland. Good cycle-ways nearby, 10 minutes’ walk to Aldi, a pub, and Oak Flats and Albion Park railway stations.

The house has three bedrooms, main with a queen bed and ensuite, 2nd with a queen bed and 3rd with a single bed with both sharing a luxurious bathroom.
The property includes a huge outdoor covered-in entertainment area with a TV, combustion heater and bar (also home-brewing equipment for making and dispensing your own beer and cider). It has six raised garden beds planted with vegetables and herbs, and a north-facing partially covered front veranda that is perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon drinks watching the birds in the front garden.
