About this house sitting position in FIGTREE

I'm looking for a non-smoker, who loves cats and is keen for a Wollongong getaway in my two-bedroom flat with views to Mt Keira.

My two inside-only cats love to have a little playtime in the mornings and evenings and they like someone around at night. They are fed twice a day. One is super social and loves a cuddle, the other one is shy and will be happy with the occasional pat. You have to be careful when coming in and out so they don't wander outside.

I have a few pot plants which will need a water and the small front and side garden need watering twice a week.

It's a ten-minute drive to the gorgeous Wollongong beaches and 20 minutes to walk down to Figtree Grove shopping centre (1.8km). There is a bus stop about a minute's walk away as well as cycle paths close by. A train station is about a $14 uber trip away. The closest cafe/general store is a 2 min walk. There's a great pizza restaurant a short but steep uphill walk away. There are one and a half flights of stairs up to the unit.

There is wifi, Smart TV, air-conditioning and internal laundry with washer and dryer. Queen and double beds in bedrooms (sleeps 4 max). Coffee maker in a renovated kitchen.

Unit is private and quiet. It has security screens on all windows and a dead bolted door. Car parking is available on the street. The neighbours are quiet. Sorry, there is no space for a caravan.

Figtree is considered a safe, suburban neighbourhood and my road mostly only gets local traffic.
