Our home

We’re looking for a reliable and caring house sitter from 13 October to 3 November while we’re away visiting family overseas.

Our home is in Alexander Heights, in a quiet residential area in Perth’s northern suburbs. It’s a comfortable and relaxed home with a garden and outdoor area, and you’ll have the house to yourself during your stay. Having a car would be convenient for getting around the area.

About Vida

Vida is our 8-year-old Dobermann. She is very affectionate, friendly and loves human company. She is happiest staying in her own home and familiar surroundings, which is why we’d much rather find someone to stay with her than put her into a boarding kennel.

Vida is used to being home by herself and is quite happy to relax while you’re out, so you don’t need to be at home with her all day. As long as she gets her walk and some attention when you’re home, she is content.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable and confident with a large dog and can take Vida for regular walks while we’re away. Her day-to-day routine is fairly straightforward: feeding her, keeping her water fresh, walking her and giving her some company when you’re home.

Vida will also need a bath around the second week of the stay. She is used to being bathed at home, and everything you need for her bath will be provided.

We’d also appreciate some basic care of the plants and garden while we’re away.

Vida is a loving dog and a great companion, so we’re hoping to find someone who will enjoy having her around and treat both her and our home with care. Read more...
