About this house sitting position in Alexandra Headland

We are looking for an apartment sitter/dog sitter for our 11 year old Shitzu Coco. We have a two bedroom, ground floor apartment. The spare room has only a double fold out bed, with an outside area and airconditioning. There will be underground parking for 1 car with a lift to the apartment. We have a balcony front and back that has dog doors for coco to go in and out of and is totally enclosed. The complex offers a gym, wifi, foxtel,air conditioning, a herb garden and swimming pool for all tenants. The block has majority of owner occupied units and is very quiet. We are one street back from the beach and across the road is a park. We are very close to local shops and 5 mins from Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza.
Coco is quite an anxious little dog that loves people but is not too keen on other dogs. She loves a walk twice a day either around the park or to the Alex Surf Club.
She unfortunately sleeps on the bed, however does not shed and sleeps at the bottom of the bed. She is fed twice a day and enjoys a treat of Smacko's occasionally.
We do have a patch of grass enclosed at the front of balcony at the unit in case it is a rainy day.
Coco is getting a little old now to go to the dog sitter as she really doesn't enjoy other dog's company. Read more...
