About this house sitting position in Alphington

I have a three story townhouse in Alphington located within the new Yarrabend development. I require a person or couple to stay here whilst I'm away traveling. Also needs to walk, play and feed 2 year old dog Bella . She requires at least one significant walk a day as well as being taking out a few times a day for doggie toilet business. Yarrabend is a beautiful location close to the city with great walks and parkland around the Yarra River. There is also some construction taking place around the area and can at times be noisy during the day. Also Monday-Friday parking is 2hour and my garage is currently a studio/storage space so if you have a car it’s difficult to park all day on a weekday without intermittently moving the vehicle. Would suit someone with no car or whom drives everyday.
