Roomy comfortable family home on the west side of Melbourne
Close to Historic Williamstown and beaches of Williamstown and Altona
One bed/Only one bedroom provided.
Two adorable, very spoilt, young domestic cats to be cared for - Chilli and Pepper. Adopted during covid as abandoned pets they need cuddling and playing, feeding and grooming.
Native birds fed daily.
All facilities within short driving distance or bus just around the corner that takes you to nearby shops -
Aldi, Coles, Big W, chemist, beauty, et al. and a little further on to Laverton Train Station. There are cinema's and larger shopping centres at Werribee and Altona North - also an easy public transport ride.
Plenty of take away cafe's and restaurants in the area.
Just 30 minutes to Melbourne CBD, Tullamarine or Avalon airports
Suit single or coupled females or mixed couple.
Not suitable for children (The girls were mistreated by the former owners and Pepper is still very fearful of kids)
No sitters pets permitted.
No overnight guests permitted.
No parties permitted.
Non smokers only.
Vehicle is not provided
Single driveway expands to double parking space (ask for photo)
Wide Double carport will accommodate a vehicle & low van (pop top) 240 Hx 650 W
