About this house sitting position in Point Cook

Our home is located in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighbourhood on the last street of the estate, giving it a peaceful feel with very little traffic. Directly opposite the house is a lovely nature reserve with a long walking path, perfect for your daily walks, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

During your stay, you'll have your own king-sized bedroom and private bathroom. We also have a dedicated home office available if you need to work remotely.

Please make yourself at home and feel free to use the laundry, kitchen, and help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge. Depending on our travel arrangements, we may also be able to leave the garage available for you to park your car, although street parking is very safe and most of our neighbours regularly park outside.

We're looking for an individual or couple who will treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own. We kindly ask that there be:

Leave the house in the same condition it was found.
Do not host parties or overnight guests.
Do not smoke inside the house.
Most importantly, genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs.

Meet Phoebe ❤️

Phoebe is our gorgeous Cavoodle who is almost two years old. She is incredibly affectionate, gentle, and loves being around people. She can be a little timid and is easily startled (sometimes even by her own shadow!), but once she knows you, she'll happily become your little shadow and follow you from room to room.

When you first arrive, she may bark out of excitement, but she settles very quickly. She absolutely loves human company and is happiest simply being wherever you are.

Phoebe is very well behaved and has a relaxed personality. She sleeps for most of the day and isn't demanding at all. If you'd like a sleep-in, she'll happily stay in bed with you and won't rush you to get up.

Phoebe's Daily Routine

Walks:
Two walks each day (morning and afternoon).
The reserve directly across from our house makes this easy and enjoyable.

Toilet:
During the day, we usually open the front door occasionally so she can quickly pop outside to use the grass in the front yard. She is fully house trained and has an established routine.

Meals:
Breakfast and dinner.
2 scoops of dry food per meal.
A small amount of wet food mixed through, warmed in the microwave for approximately 15 seconds before serving.

Phoebe truly is the sweetest little companion. If you're looking for a quiet, loving dog who enjoys cuddles, gentle walks, and simply keeping you company, you'll absolutely love spending time with her.
