2 storeys , older qlder 1927, 5 kms from CBD Brisbane, lots of stairs at back. Remote control gates to driveway.
big garden, veges and ornamental, under cover area under back deck needs watering, pool on automatic,
Main priority, our spoilt 5 yr old German Shepherd (40kg)- he sleeps inside, especially on the sofa.
We would like someone who is retired, usually home as he is used to being around us most of the day. Likes to play ball (ball crazy!) and going for a walk so need someone who is able to walk a large dog. He is obedient and walks beside you BUT he hates scooters and bikes and occasionally will try to lunge if close enough. Last sitter loved him so much he said he wanted to keep him.
We also have a gray kitten that is a delightful handful. Our last sitter would not let her out of the house but we like to allow her out in the garden during the day.
There are only 2 king single beds available.
We do not have any air conditioning - its called open or shut a window!!
